APPLICATIONS

• Flexible adhesion in the areas of metal, apparatus and machinery construction, plastics technology, air conditioning and ventilation, body, wagon, vehicle and container construction
• Thanks to rapid drying, parts can be joined together in a single piece in a single continuous process. Neutral polymerization allows for connection without thermal or chemical pretreatment of the assembly parts.

FUNCTIONALITY

• It can be applied directly from the cartridge using a suitable silicone gun (manual, air, battery).
• Cut the nozzle tip to the width of the joint.
• V-nozzles are recommended for bonding applications.
• Depending on the adhesion surface, material expansion, stress and mechanical stresses with a layer thickness of 1 - 6 mm.
• It can be applied with automatic dispensing equipment.
• For vapor-permeable substrates, the material can be applied over a large area using a notched trowel.
• The union must take place within the processing time.
• Unhardened adhesive can be removed with rubbing or isopropyl alcohol.
• Dried adhesive can only be removed mechanically.
