Descripción
Ultraplan Eco is a gray powder, composed of special fast-setting and hydrating cements, siliceous aggregates of selected granulometry, resins and special additives mixed according to a formula developed in the MAPEI Research Laboratories.
CHARACTERISTICS
- Ultraplan Eco mixed with water gives rise to a very fluid paste, easy to work with, perfectly self-leveling, with high adhesion to the support and quick drying.
- Ultraplan Eco can be pumped up to a distance of over 100 m
- Ultraplan Eco is applied in thicknesses of up to 10 mm in a single layer, without suffering any shrinkage and without forming cracks or cavities, until good resistance to compression, bending, marking and abrasion is achieved.
- You can proceed to lay the pavements on
- Ultraplan Eco after approx. 12 hours after application, regardless of thickness
- To install parquet, it is advisable to wait 24 hours.
- Ultraplan Eco has a very low emission of volatile organic substances (EMICODE EC1); Therefore, the plaster is not harmful to the health of the applicator and the users of the environments where it is applied.
IMPORTANT NOTICES
- Do not add more water to the mixture that has already started setting.
- Do not add lime, cement or plaster to the mixture
- Do not use for exterior leveling
- Do not use on supports subject to continuous rises in humidity.
- If a subsequent coat of Ultraplan Eco must be applied when the previous one is completely dry, apply Eco Prim T first.
- Do not use Ultraplan Eco with temperatures below +5° C
- If parquet is to be installed, do not apply Ultraplan Eco at a thickness less than 3 mm.
FIELDS OF APPLICATION
Ultraplan Eco is used to level and eliminate thickness differences of 1 to 10 mm in new or existing supports, making them ideal for laying any type of flooring, in locations where high resistance to loads and traffic is required.
Ultraplan Eco is especially suitable for supporting wheelchair traffic.
Ultraplan Eco can only be used indoors.
Some application examples
- Leveling of concrete screeds, cementitious screeds, Mapecem, Mapecem Pronto, Topcem, Topcem Pronto, anhydrite and magnesite, even those that have radiant heating tubes incorporated.
- Leveling existing cement, hydraulic tiles, ceramic and natural stone pavements.
CONSUMPTION
- The consumption of Ultraplan Eco is 1.6 kg/m² for each mm of thickness.
